Regularly audited by many of the country’s most respected brewers and food producers, our CIP wash system provides you with complete reassurance and traceability to provide you with the peace of mind that your valued product is in safe hands. The system is managed by a central control unit. The operator simply connects the hoses and selects the wash type and the system does the rest. The CPU monitors all the flow rates and chemical levels throughout the system ensuring that your product is transported in a tanker that has been cleaned to the highest specification.
As well as the built-in safeguards, the wash on all of the tankers are fully analysed and certified after each wash. A litmus test ensures they carry no residual chemicals, and a bioluminescence test checks for bacterial contamination.
Only when the tank has passed these final tests is a cleaning certificate issued and it can then be sealed and used to transport your product – meaning your next pint will be as perfect as your last one!
The system offers variable procedures for different liquids: tankers carrying organic beers, for example, are washed to Soil Association standards. TREASURE is also one of the few companies in the country to offer CIP washing under pressure.
