Cleanliness is one of the major elements in this process, so one of our many services is a comprehensive, Europe-wide IBC cleaning facility of the highest quality, backed by ISO9001 quality assurance.
TREASURE will collect, clean, test and deliver IBCs throughout the UK and Europe on a schedule to suit the customer; our custom-made, high-pressure wash facility offers considerable flexibility. If the customer’s requirement is urgent, we offer an express service with an approximate 24-hour turn-round.
The service includes collection of used IBCs, removal of unwanted seals or labels and any unwanted contents and a complete exterior cleaning with hot detergent solution. The interior of the IBC is washed in our purpose-built wash facility (using a hot caustic solution), after which the interior is swabbed and all lids, caps and O-ring seals replaced. The final step is to seal the IBC with uniquely-numbered, tamper-evident seals before delivery to anywhere in the UK or Europe.
