The average purchase cost of bulk fuel for the previous month is shown here and this is updated on a monthly basis. Any change in fuel cost will be applied to an agreed formula to calculate any fuel escalator. Any adjustment will be ignored until the cumulative increase/ decrease exceeds 2p per litre.
